I have been involved in the Travel Industry since age 16, and still enjoy the challenges, and constantly changing environment...I have seen many sides of the Industry, from the pioneering days of NAC, through owning a Travel Agency (which grew to three branches), to semi-retirement at the beach. Along the way, I'm qualified for NZQA level 4 and kept abreast of all the system changes.

My clients have included Business travel, Round the World Cruises, Family Holidays, Local Cruises, Group Travel, and Adventure Travel - and I enjoyed bringing them all to fruition listening to clients is the first step in the journey, but so important.

Countries visited include all the Pacific Islands, UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & more (53 at last count).

My particular interest is Airlines, where I study them, enjoy flying on them, and know what is happening in the Airline Business-nowadays that is a lot to keep up with. Most important for the passenger, is having the assurance that the airline will still be flying when they are ready to come home.
